We are seeking to hire an experienced coach to take on a full-time schedule working across both our adult and junior program streams. This is a unique opportunity to join a new community-focused facility and help build programs from the ground up. You will play a key role in leading established programs, supporting player retention, and helping grow the club’s program offerings and participation across all levels.
We are looking for a coach who is confident in program development and delivery, and who values building a strong club environment over individual private lesson volume. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in growing participation in structured programs, actively promotes club offerings, and contributes to the long-term development of a thriving community tennis culture.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience and hold at least a CP2 certification. You must be available during both the indoor season and the summer to support programming. You are a reliable team player who demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of your work.
This role is best suited for a coach who is committed to a club-first mindset, where success is measured by program growth, player engagement, and community development. We are specifically seeking someone who understands the value of strong program ecosystems and who is motivated to drive participation across all club streams.
This approach is essential to our vision as a growing community club, where increasing program participation, building structured pathways, supporting tournament development, and attracting new players to tennis are the foundation of long-term success.
