Junior Academy Opportunity (Year-Round Club)
We are seeking to hire a certified coach to take on a fixed schedule working with our Academy juniors. You will join an experienced group of lead coaches working across red, orange, green, and yellow performance levels at a year-round facility. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to advance in the tennis industry by joining a new facility and gaining professional exposure, experience, and a consistent schedule. You will work with an ambitious group of juniors and parents committed to competitive development and long-term growth in tennis.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of professional coaching experience and hold at least a CP1 certification. You must be available during the indoor season as well as the summer to support junior programming. You are a reliable team player who demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of your work.
You have a solid understanding of club programming at the CP1 level and are motivated to grow participation and retention by aligning programs with the club’s long-term mission and vision.
We are a new and growing club (6 months in), offering a unique opportunity to help shape programs, culture, and long-term success from the ground up. This role is best suited for a coach seeking a long-term part-time position with the ability to make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you are expected to actively contribute to the coaching team environment. This includes attending monthly meetings and being available for holiday camps, social events, and administrative tasks related to programming.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of proven professional coaching experience
Minimum certification: CP1
Strong references (will be closely reviewed)

Ability to commit to the following fixed schedule year-round: Monday to Friday 5:00–7:00 PM, Saturdays 4:00–5:30 PM, and summers (July and August) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
You will receive strong support from management and collaborate with a Tennis Director who values teamwork, shared leadership, and a unified approach to achieving the club’s vision.
