IQ Tennis & Pickleball Centre is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Member Services Lead to help deliver an outstanding experience for our members and guests.
We are a fast-growing startup sports facility and we are building something special — a positive, welcoming community centered around tennis, pickleball, health, and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support front desk staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist members with bookings and accounts using CourtReserve
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support daily front-of-house operations
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized environment
• Assist with memberships, programs, events, and communications
• Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology and booking systems
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Passion for sports, fitness, and community-building

Compensation

• Approximately $24–$28/hour depending on experience
