IQ Tennis & Pickleball Centre is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Member Services Lead to help deliver an outstanding experience for our members and guests.
We are a fast-growing startup sports facility and we are building something special — a positive, welcoming community centered around tennis, pickleball, health, and community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support front desk staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist members with bookings and accounts using CourtReserve
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support daily front-of-house operations
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized environment
- Assist with memberships, programs, events, and communications
- Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology and booking systems
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Passion for sports, fitness, and community-building
Compensation
- Approximately $24–$28/hour depending on experience
