Frequently Asked Questions

A valid credit card must be on file when creating a club account, whether or not a membership is purchased.

A guest is a tennis and/or pickleball client who does not have a club account but plays in the company of a club member. Guest fees are paid by the member from their club account or at the counter.

A tennis and/or pickleball client with a club account who has not purchased a membership. Non-members can book courts with other non-members and members and pay non-member fees from their club account. Non-members cannot invite guests.

A tennis and/or pickleball client with a club account and an active membership. Members can book courts with other members and non-members and invite guests. Member fees are paid from the club account. Members enjoy an ever-growing set of perks designed to improve and enhance their member experience.

  • Prime Time: Hours considered peak for club play; high demand, limited court availability.

  • Non-Prime Time: Off-peak hours; lower demand, less competition, incentives may apply.

Per day, split among non-members on a court reservation; applies to all non-member services.

Discounted rates on programs, lessons, leagues.

All fees related to guest/non-member participation.

Coach-organized leagues for players of similar level; typically 8-week blocks guaranteeing weekly matches.

Structured group lessons with systematic instruction, covering shots, techniques, and match situations.

Small group evaluations by a club coach to determine readiness to move up levels (e.g., 2.0 → 2.5) in the adult pathway.

High-energy group fitness using tennis for aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Includes progressive warm-up, cardio-based games, and cool-down.

45-minute functional training sessions combining HIIT, circuit, and functional training to improve tennis performance, prevent injuries, and enhance speed, agility, balance, endurance, and stamina.

A tool to help families quickly identify the best starting program. Complete a short form, and the Tennis Director will reach out at a convenient time.

Must attend 2–5 sessions/week (academy offered 5x/week). Cannot attend unassigned days.

  • Orange Ball Academy – 3x/week attendance required; <50% attendance may cancel registration.

  • Green Ball Academy – 3x/week attendance required; <50% attendance may cancel registration.

  • Yellow Ball Academy – 5x/week attendance required; <50% attendance may cancel registration.

  • Weekend Programs – Parent discretion for #1 or #2 groups based on the child’s prior experience.

45-minute functional training to improve game, prevent injuries, and build agility, balance, speed, and stamina.

45-minute functional training for youth, combining HIIT and sport-specific exercises to build tennis skills, athleticism, and injury prevention.

All skill levels welcome. Players self-organize games/practice during designated open play hours set by the club.

Structured sessions for juniors and adults; ratios and session lengths vary. Typically 1 coach covers 2 courts per session.

Winners-up style matches for members and non-members. No assessment required, designed to break the barriers for match participation. Typically offered in 3-week blocks on Friday nights, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
